Welding Repairs for Aerospace Components

At PMM Wing Service, we offer specialized welding repair services for aviation components, carried out in accordance with our internal procedures to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.

The process begins with a thorough cleaning of the parts, followed by welding performed by our certified welder. After welding, a visual inspection is conducted to assess the integrity of the repair. Finally, a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection can be performed to ensure that the component meets all required specifications and is free from any potential defects.

Welding work can be carried out on engine mounts or aircraft structures with Chrome molybdenum T4130, fuel tanks made of aluminum and exhausts made of stainless steel.

Once the part has passed all inspections and/or testing, it is returned to the customer along with a Dual Release Certificate EASA/FAA Form 1, ensuring full compliance with international aviation standards.
